What landscaping services does Landscape Management Services provide in Utah?
We provide full-service landscaping for residential, commercial, HOA, and municipal properties across the Wasatch Front and Wasatch Back. Our services include landscape maintenance, and full landscape installation. Every service is tailored to Utah's climate and long-term property needs
Do you offer both residential and commercial landscaping services?
For construction, yes. We do installations for individual new builds, all the way to large scale, multi-phase community builds. We specialize in speed and accuracy on large scale construction projects.
We only do maintenance for commercial, municipality, and community projects. Weather we are hired to maintain after we construct the project, or if we don't install it, we aim to improve curb appeal and long-term landscape care.
What areas of Utah do you serve?
We serve the entire Salt Lake Valley, Utah Valley, and surrounding Wasatch Front and Wasatch back communities, including Herriman, Bluffdale, Riverton, Draper, South Jordan, Park City, Heber, and nearby cities. We have even done projects down in St. George on special occasion.
What does a standard landscape maintenance plan look like?
A typical maintenance plan includes mowing, edging, and trimming. Plans can be customized for HOAs, commercial properties, and municipalities to include irrigation system management, weed control, and plant care depending on the level of care needed.
Typically mowing and trimming will be done on a weekly basis.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, we offer free estimations and evaluations for maintenance plans and landscape construction projects. If your project requires a formal landscape design, we charge a design fee upfront to ensure you receive a complete, professional plan. If you choose LMS Inc. to build the project, we fully credit that design fee toward your construction cost, making your design effectively free.
Do you install and repair sprinkler systems?
Yes, we install new irrigation systems for single residential projects and for large scale commercial and multi-phase projects. We only manage and maintain irrigation systems for commercial and multi-phase projects though.
Our technicians diagnose and fix leaks and broken components to ensure landscapes are kept pristine and managed properly.
What is the process for designing and installing a new landscape?
We begin with design consultations, where we will discuss with the customer their needs, desires, and budget for the project. This is followed by a custom design from our talented landscape designers. After approval, we begin construction and installation of the landscape in accordance with the agreed upon design. Every project is built for durability and Utah's climate conditions.
Do you offer water-conscious or xeriscape landscaping?
Yes, we take great care to offer and install water efficient landscaping, including xeriscaping, native plant selections, drip irrigation, and low-water design. These landscapes reduce long-term maintenance costs and help meet Utah water-use guidelines while still looking clean and professional.
Do you work with HOA's and municipalities
Yes, we manage large-scale HOA communities, multi-phase constructions, parks, open spaces, trail systems, and municipal properties. Our team provides consistent maintenance, irrigation management, and landscape longevity practices to ensure properties stay safe, clean, and well-maintained.
